I came to Fairbanks for a trip and I could not BELIEVE that a Moldovan restaurant was here (in a good way!). Moldovan food and wine are my absolute favorite in the world and Soba did not disappoint. We don't have a Moldovan place where I live so this truly made my whole trip.

This was a wonderful meal here. The waiter was fantastic and very polite.
The soup, food, and desserts were all very flavorful.
This is a must-try for those looking for a place to dine.
