45 minute wait on my mobile order. Drive through moved faster. The whole point of mobile orders is to not wait when you arrive. Instead you get deprioritized.

The night manager over here is doing way too much. He closed the drive thru early and refused to give me my delivery before I could even ask about it, even though I received one. There was clearly no proper action taken to do something as simple as turn off the 3rd party device. Communication is important and this man lacks that dearly. Taco Bell clearly needs to train their employees on how to be decent human beings. I am appalled by this treatment. I do this on the side to support my family and I definitely will be reporting this to corporate. Train your employees better. Turn off the tablet then you won’t see delivery drivers when you’re “closed.” Simple solution.

As an uber driver, I was waiting a while for my order and the staff informed me that they prioritize dine in orders over deliveries. Isn’t the whole point of ordering online to skip the wait? You might as well go in person and you’d get your food much faster. Not only that, us drivers could be making more money at other restaurants that have common sense in finishing the orders IN ORDER of reception.

I mean it’s Taco Bell, you can’t expect 5 stars but wow. I don’t believe I’ve ever had one that the beans were still dehydrated and crunchy. Rice was like little rocks they were so hard, and little to no meat on the burrito or tacos. We work very late and options that deep into the night are limited so this unfortunately fills the need for sustenance.

Google maps and the Taco Bell website says this store is open till midnight. We were in line for the drive thru and manager came out and said the closed at 11 and put up a barricade at the drive thru entrance.

Ordered food off the app. By the time I got there, they were out of coffee and I asked if I could get my money back. The girl said no, and then proceeded to mock me in front of her friends, laughing about how I wanted a reduction or refund because the items I ordered on the app were not in stock by the time I got there.Very rude and very disrespectful service!

I don't know why you would spend the money on the inside and then always lock the doors, I don't know why you would spend the money on two lanes and only use one.
