If I could give zero stars to the Taco Bell on College St in Fairbanks, Alaska, I would. This place is a disaster in every sense. The staff is shockingly rude, totally unprofessional, and it’s clear they could care less about doing their jobs well. I’ve honestly never seen employees who seem to hate their work and customers so openly. Orders take forever, and by the time you actually get your food—if they even manage to get it right—it’s cold and completely unappetizing.
But the cherry on top of this horrid experience was the so-called “regional manager.” When I tried to address these issues, she wouldn’t even give me the courtesy of her name. That’s right, she flat-out refused to identify herself, like she was hiding from accountability. Her attitude was smug and dismissive, showing she has no respect for customers or any interest in improving the terrible state of this location. Clearly, she has zero management skills and no sense of responsibility.
This Taco Bell is an embarrassment to the brand. It’s a mess from the ground up, and the leadership (if you can call it that) only makes it worse. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere—anywhere—else.

Leaving 1 star is giving too much credit. I ordered on the app for grab n go. I arrived to find out that the dine in doors were locked with a sign to go through the drive through. After a 40 min wait to get my food I got one bag (shame on me for not checking it) I asked if this was the entire order and was told that it was all there. Once I checked the bag I had 5 of 15 items so I called the store and was sarcastically told I would have to go back through and they could not bring my other bag out to me. I let them know I would be contacting the store manager and was told good luck with that. Needless to say I won't be eating there anymore. Never got my food since I didn't have the time to wait another 40 .mins

Ordered through Doordash at 8:30 pm. The first dasher sat at the store for 35 minutes then left without my food. The second one was there for 45 min then he messaged me and said taco bell decided no more doordash orders. They should never have accepted the order in the first place. Never again.

Not bad but service isn't the best, especially when they are constantly closing the lobby for no reason and you can't even use the app to prep your order for the drive thru. Lately just end up leaving if I see their lobby closed. Food is fine and haven't had issues yet, though.

Ordered 61$ worth of food, he didn't even add 4 things we asked for then ontop of rhat every single order was wrong. I'm allergic to beef and tomatoes and when asked to take that off they added i that to the receipt but still put it on my food. Then ADDED tomatoes to one of my orders. The guy on the speaker was rude, had a very bad tone and almost seemed like he wanted to rush us out. Plus my boyfriends crunch wrap was just thrown into a bag without being wrapped or anything.

Literally the slowest taco bell in town, like why? Why is it so turtle speed? Why does it take 30 minutes for me to receive a burnt uncut quesadilla with a broken hard shell taco? Not to mention the order taker, god I sound like a broken record over here.
Bruh I can’t even believe this i ordered a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla Meal and I literally only received ONE single Quesadilla. Then the doors were locked at 1130 I couldn’t even go back inside to say something about it. The drive through was wrapped around so I had to just take my loss smh. The dude at the speaker had a horrible attitude too young Hispanic male who clearly looked like he was high on weed.

So, I wasn't expecting much out of this place, it certainly has made strides as far as the menu items go. Unfortunately costs are too high for the quality of food given. We paid $32 for 2 meals and the orders were terrible, got the main portion correct but all the sides were incorrect and messy as heck.
We stood in the lobby waiting on food for a good 15 minutes before our order was ready. Door Dashers and drive thru took the priority for certain (4 orders before our food was even begun to be made, with 8 people in the kitchen). Look I get it, it's fast food, but for $30+ the food shouldn't be cold, the order should be correct ( minimal errors). The fast portion of this food should have been fast, and perhaps the food not being cold upon reception inside the location. Not expecting much, just better than we got, I'll give this location a pass for now on.

I just got a late lunch and it was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had! There was a nice young lady that took my order, and a young man that handed it off. Both were very kind and friendly! It was refreshing to get such great service! Please let them know, their smiles and kindness made my day! (I was on the edge of having a really bad day). I ate here on 7/27/2024 8:10pm order #432.
