“Super yummy tacos!! Great service!!!“

“I gave 5 stars across the board for the Alaska Taco Company. Here’s why. I called ahead of time and asked for the order to be ready in about 15 minutes. The menu is small but perfectly suited for this style of business. I tried the Prime Rib Taco Basket, it came with 2 tacos and chips with your choice of house made salsas and chipotle sauce. I was beyond impressed at the quality, presentation (especially since this is a food truck and food is served in to-go boxes), and the friendly customer service I received. Not to mention the tacos were amazing, the best I’ve had in the Fairbanks area, hands down. The chips were also made in house, and were perfectly flavored to pair with the tacos. I am not a fan of cilantro and had no problem asking for it to be left off. While a bit on the pricy side, it was worth every penny. The overall experience was fantastic. I will be coming back for sure, and next time I’ll try the $5 Friday taco deal!“

“Disappointed with food. I ordered the huge taco box and wanted just cheese tacos no lettuce or tomato they put sour cream and no cheese. I also ordered a new item they had no idea it existed and they also forgot my drinks. Very fustrating because I don't eat out often. The food was good but got my order very wrong, it seems like they don't care about their jobs.“
