Joy saved the last ingredients for a papaya salad for me, and also made a most delicious tofu larb salad. Nothing like enjoying music at the Farmers Market, seeing and talking to wonderful people there while waiting to get my order. And then enjoying the sand hill cranes too on pond behind on this most wonderful sunny holiday weekend Saturday. Grateful for what we have here in Fairbanks, if I recall correctly, Joy had a restaurant, was a chef from San Francisco, and always wears...
I had the best experience at Bangkok Thai! Joy was a complete Joy. She took great care in cooking my vegetarian pad Thai and it had the richest flavor I have ever tasted. The tofu was perfect! I also had the green tea drink that was the exact amount of sweet! Thank you for such an amazing experience!
