This is the most underrated place in Fairbanks. I love the smoothies here and Everytime I drink one they are very consistent in taste. You can easily tell that the smoothies here are made fresh with real fruit.

Love their lattes the best we had in Fairbanks.

I've been gone for over two years and they still have gigantic burritos for the same decent price. I recommend the works with onions, peppers, sour cream, salsa added. Well worth the $6. I also like their signature Barista Cat (WC Americano) and the high caffeine white coffee option. They've done well with their business and are able to stand out over many other coffee huts/shops.

Coffee was very yummy and the barista got our order done pretty quick, and was very friendly. I will definitely be back here weekly.

The barista was smiling and very friendly. I ordered a couple of sausage bacon breakfast burritos (about $15 for two). My first impression was "this is a huge burrito". Besides the scrambled eggs being soft and fluffy, the other ingredients were mediocre. The bacon was rubbery, wobbly and didn't taste crispy or fresh. The sausage (packaged pre-cooked patties) were cut into cubes, and the potatoes (bagged hash brown shreds) were lifeless, and not crispy. The sour cream and salsa were sparse. You could barely taste it. I only noticed a bit of onion, although the barista mentioned there was "peppers and onions" in the burrito. My flour tortilla barely had grill marks on it, and it wasn't wrapped very well which made the burrito difficult to eat in the car (and messy). I make breakfast burritos at home all the time. I felt the Barista Cats version was bland and lacked effort. I will not be back for this item again in the future. The best breakfast burrito in Fairbanks in my opinion is at Bagel's & Brew near the Bentley Mall.

Best breakfast burritos in town! They are MASSIVE, delicious and filling. They also always have delicious coffee that is consistently the same great taste.

The past few times that i have gone the barista working (i don’t know her name, but she is pregnant) is more then helpful when asking what is recommended and the coffee tastes better then any other hut. Definitely recommend!
