Absolutely was not expecting to find a stellar craft cocktail bar in AK! I popped in on a whim purely because of the name and am so glad that I did. The cocktails are top-notch and could easily compete with those found in big cities in the lower 48. Try a few of them and walk or grab a ride. I also had the chicken pesto flatbread, which was divine.

My husband & I’s favorite date night spot!!!!! The cocktails are the best in town. My favorite cocktail is the French75 & my husband loves their whiskey sour. Our go to order is the Brussels sprouts, one of their rotating specials and the classic flatbread. Then we always finish our meal with the brownie ala mode. Seriously, go to the library. Drink the cocktails. Order the food. End with dessert. It’s the best!

Nice food , nice drinks , great atmosphere.But what I liked the most was the Aperol spritz.My favorite drink and it’s been hard to find here in Fairbanks (haven’t gone out much). But they not only had it, was perfectly made too ?? I was so happy.Best beat hummus !!! Really tasty. I’ll definitely go again to try the rest of the menu
Good atmosphere, bomb food, literally flavor explosion. And good variety of drinks, even mock tails for those who don't drink alcohol.

Went for a birthday dinner and was very disappointed. We were seated at one of the high tables and it was so tippy that it was like eating on board a ship in choppy waters. My husband asked for a shim which one of the waiters gave him to try to fix the table. It was still seesawing back and forth. I held the drinks while he stuffed a napkin and a knife under one side of the table pedestal, which gave us a more stable table. I ordered the house salad which the menu said had hard boiled eggs. Mine didn’t, and the waitress didn’t come by to check on how our food was until we had finished our meal. I let her know, and she took $3 off the salad. Overall, not a very satisfying experience. For the price I expected better food, service and a table that didn’t rock like a skiff in gale force winds.

The Library is the classiest joint in an otherwise lackluster downtown. Cozy and comfortable with cool book vibes. Larry is one of the best bartenders in town, and the drink menu is a local best. Somehow without a kitchen, the Library manages to make some of the best food in Fairbanks. Highly recommend.

Small cute place in downtown fairbanks. A variety of cocktails and sharable plates. It's prob a bit too bright lighting for a speakeasy vibe. However i did enjoy the ambience for dinner tonight. Easy to have a conversation with your party around the table. Delicious food. I hope i get to come back and try the other cocktails as well. We didn't make a reservation, however we went on a Tuesday night. I can see this place can get crowded and reservation may be needed for busier nights like weekends.
