Really great food. Was very sad to have driven by today and saw that they are permanently closed now. Really hope they find a way to go back to serving the city of Fairbanks.

I love Thai food and I have heard that Fairbanks is known for their Thai restaurants. Without knowing where to really go, we checked out the closest Thai place to our location that was open at 4 pm. Tiparos is clean and simple, maybe a little out dated but comfortable. Our server was very attentive and kept our water full and checked in on us often. I ordered the chicken pad see eew and my friend ordered the angry angel. This was probably the best pad see eew that I've had in Alaska. The noodles were soft and fresh and full of flavor and crunchy veggies. Absolutely delicious. The angry angel had a nice curry flavor and noodle to meat to veggie ratio. If you are ever in town, stop in and get the pad see eew. It was just what I needed.

Another great Thai spot in Fairbanks, I had the panang curry, and it was delicious :) had it to go and the order was prompt and correct. I would recommend!

I work downtown and order pickup several times a week. With so many great choices for Thai food it takes a lot to earn the title of best Thai in Fairbanks but Tiparos consistently delivers the best authentic Thai cuisine.

Really good Thai food. The chicken was super tender and the curry was flavorful. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite Thai food in Fairbanks. Their basil noodle dish is amazing. It never seemed to be crowded to dine in, almost always got a good table by the window.

This' the second time I ate at this place, first one was a while back, I ate again since it was the closest to where I was and tried to give it a try again to see if it has changed since. I got me a beef fried rice for $14.95...the look or presentation was not appealing at all, it looked dry, and the rice is overcooked, the beef was not fresh, it looked 'old'...however, I just still had to eat it, I was hungry, and it's $14.95! The food here is over-priced for the quality you get. This place is nothing compared to its competitor nearby which is the Thai House, the same meal for $10.95 and is by far I think the best Thai restaurant in the area. Even the Thai trucks around town is reasonably priced and better.
