Girl that takes orders at the drive thru is very rude… every occasion that I see her she’s just rude. 1st time I ordered two 10 nuggets 2small chill , 2 med fry’s, And 2 drink Well she forgot to put 1 chili in the bag and that’s fine so I went inside to ask for the other one and she yelled and said she gave it to me I said I only got 1 when I ordered 2 and she said oh really well i didn’t put it on ur order, I didn’t mind paying for another chili the girl just needs a serious attitude check. The 2nd time I was picking up a DoorDash order there for the first time and made the mistake of using the drive thru I said I have a DoorDash order and she said u have doordash I said yes mam and she said well ur gonna have to come inside w a attitude. Both these issues were so minor and easy to avoid I wouldn’t have minded coming inside or purchasing another chili, if it wasn’t for her stank attitude

So we went to Wendy's today ready to order the family size nuggets we order last time no problem. 2 week later we went to order it again they supousley discontinued it why the sudden change one maybe there to lazy to get a bag of fresh nuggets or 2 they are upset that it cheap to get a family size then it is to get 5 individual orders

First of all the price for salads has increased. But, the size of salad has decreased. Service has gone downhill in Fairbanks

This place is a joke I went there with a coupon at drive thru and the manager still over charged me and I asked for a receipt and I got attitude from her then I was asked to go inside to get my refund back from being over charged and she couldn’t figure out how to refund me back and they then answered her cellphone and started talking to some and walked away from helping me. They have to many people working and no one seems to get there ordered right as I was waiting for my order and refund two other ppl walked in from drive thru complaining of getting the wrong order. All there staff was messing around and a few were on there phones while handling food. I don’t think I will ever return to this place they need better management

I ordered a meal (son of baconator meal) and a large bowl of chilli, which I had to state what I wanted three times. I got the meal with chilli on my fries. They are hard to understand and obviously there is language barrier. I will not be back, shouldn't be that hard to understand that I wanted a meal and a large bowl of chilli.
