Went there because my son likes thr biggie bags. Always gets a frosty instead of drink they are out of chocolate.. ok. He's not happy, but what can you do. Its not their fault they are out. I ordered a brownie batter frosty swirl for myself. We get up to the window and they say the frosty machine won't be done for another 5 minutes. I'm ok to wait. I'm told they'll bring them out. I pull up front and wait 20 minutes, finally go in and noone knows what I'm taking about. They did end up giving me the frostys though, but dang, poor customer service. Where is the pride in doing a good job?

The employees were incredibly rude. Even the manager was openly talking poorly (and loudly) about my family as we were waiting for our food. It seemed like they were upset because we had a large order at 9 PM. The hours state they close at 11 PM and you would think they would appreciate the business considering we spent almost $100 on fast food.

One day they didn't have burgers, fries, chili, nothing, except the wendys classic chicken sandwich and a coke. But that dang sandwich was one of the best I'd ever had, PERIOD. I understand resources can be limited sometimes, but the crew really made the best of it.

I went through the drive thru, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese combo. My sandwich did not have cheese or tomato and the lettuce was shredded and very little of it on the sandwich. The French fries were tasty however the container was half full . Frustrating !

Girl that takes orders at the drive thru is very rude… every occasion that I see her she’s just rude. 1st time I ordered two 10 nuggets 2small chill , 2 med fry’s, And 2 drink Well she forgot to put 1 chili in the bag and that’s fine so I went inside to ask for the other one and she yelled and said she gave it to me I said I only got 1 when I ordered 2 and she said oh really well i didn’t put it on ur order, I didn’t mind paying for another chili the girl just needs a serious attitude check. The 2nd time I was picking up a DoorDash order there for the first time and made the mistake of using the drive thru I said I have a DoorDash order and she said u have doordash I said yes mam and she said well ur gonna have to come inside w a attitude. Both these issues were so minor and easy to avoid I wouldn’t have minded coming inside or purchasing another chili, if it wasn’t for her stank attitude
