Sandwich ok. Rude service. Older woman was pissed for me asking for pepperoni, after asking for it being toasted.

We had a great lunch experience here - it was very busy (Sunday, noon) but the line moved VERY fast. The gals working were so nice and polite (and patient with the foreign tourist in front of me). Too bad that the restroom is so busy with people NOT buying anything, that the line was too long for me to wait.

So basically this place turns away people who are honest and outright about their opinions of wrong orders and damaged products. Their staff and head managers are illiterate, impolite, non-understanding, arrogant, and bunch of crappy people who think they are doing everything right, BUT they are actually not delivering the best food which they used to before.
Their customer service SUCKS!

The staff and service were really kind and good. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the process was slow, so I was worried. But it was actually faster and smoother than anywhere else.

Last couple of times I’ve came in literally had to turn around and leave because of how long it took them to acknowledge me. Multiple times the employees have just complained to me when I asked how they were doing, today I just got stared at for almost 10 minutes before being helped

Hate to give one star, because the Sandwich was great, but this team needs better training to work hand in hand, with one another. One staff member was sitting at the cashier, unable to touch the sandwiches for food-safety purposes, but then there were 3 completed sandwiches sitting on the bench waiting to be wrapped etc etc.

19 minutes from selecting my bread type with the sandwich artist to paying at the cashier is ridiculous. Not to mention waiting over 30 minutes in line.

Bathroom code is also 2440

I had "The Beast", and it was a tasty and satisfying sandwich. For some reason there was some difficulty ringing up my party of five, and a somewhat-cryptic receipt left us unable to determine afterward if we had been rung up correctly. Still, good lunch stop.

Great food, hours away from town, at the one main stop between anchorage and kenai... with a great view of the ocean inlet on one side and Glaciers on the other.

Restaurant was dirty including floors and tables. Sandwich prep area has bits of toppings all over, looked like it hadn't been wiped all day. Employees looking on their phones while helping me. The sandwich maker didn't ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted and just toasted it. They didn't do a good job as the bacon was rubbery, the cheese barely melted and bread soggy. Sandwich itself was meh. We spilt a foot long and both of us threw half of our half away. As soon as I was done being helped, both employees were sitting in the restaurant glued to their phones. TERRIBLE.
