Very disappointing. Did not have half the items on the menu. Coffee was good.
The absolute worse coffee I've ever had in my life I couldn't even take more than a sip I kindly asked them to fix it 3 times and it was still terrible I give up and it was $7!
It sucks that they are ruining the mountain and the town and everything but this is literally the best vanilla bean latte I have ever had in my life. You can actually taste the vanilla beans…..nevermind the coffee sucks. Hey, where are you guys going with the bull? Seriously where’d the bull moosehead go?
I ordered a “raspberry hug hot chocolate” for my partner and me at this cafe on July 5th, 2024, at 4:15pm (adding in hopes management will know which employee was working at this time because she was not wearing a name tag). As a former barista, I've found this is my favorite drink, and my partner has grown to love it as well. However, rarely people don’t hear the “hug” part due to louder work areas, and some baristas know it as a ‘black and white hot chocolate.’ But when I order that, sometimes I get a white mocha instead which is why I try to order it as a hug hot chocolate first. When I noticed the barista working the shift only put regular chocolate powder in, I kindly asked if I could have a mix of the white chocolate and regular chocolate powder. She gave me an annoyed look and said very shortly, “we don’t do that,” which I was taken aback by because I’ve been coming to this cafe for nearly 15 years, and even back when it was a Starbucks, I’ve always gotten a hug hot chocolate.
I mentioned that I did order a raspberry hug hot chocolate, and she said, “yeah, a raspberry hot chocolate.” I said, “sorry, a raspberry hug” (trying as best I could to emphasize "hug" without sounding confrontational because I could tell she was not happy with me) “hot chocolate—a black and white hot chocolate” I quickly mentioned, in case she was familiar with that name. I decided it wasn’t worth the attitude anymore as I saw her turn to go to the back and said, “it’s okay, I’ll just have the regular hot chocolate then,” since ‘they don’t do that.’ She either didn’t hear me or ignored me and continued taking the milk pitcher to the back area (I don’t know for what, potentially even spit in it; I wouldn’t be surprised by the level of attitude I was receiving). But she came back, scooped out some of the regular chocolate powder, added white chocolate powder, and went on to steam the milk.
As a final tidbit, luckily, I have barista experience and you can hear when the milk reaches certain temperatures, so I was listening to her steam the milk well past the point it needed to be (she wasn’t using a thermometer in the milk either to make sure it was the right temp). I heard her make it extremely hot. I told my partner that it was very hot and we couldn’t drink it for a few minutes to avoid burning our tongues. She either overheated it on purpose in hopes we would burn ourselves because I annoyed her, or she is not educated enough to not be using a thermometer in the milk. We didn’t drink it until we got back on the highway (15 minutes with forest fair traffic), and it was still plenty hot.

Great spot for a grab and go. Got the Heavenly Bake. Think stuffed everything bagel. Very delicious but it was a little light on ingredients. Cappuccinos and lattes were good.Baristas were very nice and attentive.

The pizza for lunch was surprisingly good, one of the best foods at the hotel.Breakfast was a little disappointing but I appreciate they seemed to baked everything fresh.
Very convenient location - by the lift chair and tram, so easy to get a bite while you are waiting or when you need a break from skiing/snowboarding. However, the menu is overpriced - $18 for a sandwich. I see most people just get a slice of pizza $7, which seems to be the most popular item.

Nice place for a simple breakfast. The cinnamon rolls are average at best. The Alyeska house coffee is very good.

cinnamon roll wasn’t very good, fruit parfait nearly made me throw up, and $7-8 for a naked smoothie or SIMPLY LEMONADE? mark up is insane.

When nothing else is open this is your only choice. Food not so great but it will hold you until you find something else. Service is not ideal and surely not desirable!! Alyeska Resort I expected way more than what you delivered! The young lady that waited on me had the personality of a stick stuck in the mood. She did not care one bit about her job nor did she try!! Alyeska Tramway Cafe you need to step up your game and service or you will have ZERO customers!!

Very convenient location on the second floor and the selection of pastries and coffee were excellent.
Decent for quick snacks. Their hot food leaves something to be desired but they are great for coffee, drinks, and bakery items.
Great all around. The staff are incredibly kind and I always enjoy stopping in for a pastry or breakfast!
Good coffee and tea. Located on the second floor of the Alyeska resort.
Overpriced (they just raised prices again) and very limited options. Most things on the menu were not available
