What a wonderful experience, This was our second time here, and it did not disappoint. After a wonderful series of Cold plunges, sauna and hot pools, we stopped in for drinks and food. We couldn’t have been more happy with the hospitality. I can’t remember their names, but the mustache man and the sticker girl were phenomenal. They couldn’t have provided a more pleasant experience and we can’t wait to come back over and over again.

Not sure why the ratings are so low unless they are old and the restaurant has made recent improvements. Our experience was post soak post massage so maybe we were still on a high. Not only did the massages blow away our expectations, but the service and food was above bar. Yes, the food is expensive but you are in a resort setting. We had the avo toast and quinoa salad; both great and filling. Service with a smile and would def come back.

Service was friendly but slow, which I’m ok with since the idea of a spa is to kick back. The drinks menu selection is great. The food is awful and overpriced. I’ve been here a few times and thought the soup was a safe bet, ordered it again and it was super salty and inedible. Flat bread crust was still raw in the middle. Everyone that I’ve come here with seems to agree, overpriced and underwhelming. They need to work on their menu. Surely there are better light fares that could be offered for $30 a plate.

Drink menu is good, service is slow but friendly. The food has been terrible every time I've come here. Charging $30 to put canned chicken on undercooked flat bread is highway robbery. I've been here three times and have tried various items, most of which I've just choked through so that I could stay longer at the spa. I enjoy healthy eating, and I believe that's what they were aiming for, but the quality and presentation are ick. Thankfully I come here for the ambiance, not the food. They should really revamp their menu.

Capped off my spa day with lunch at the bistro. The bistro overlooks the outside pools and is elegantly decorated with big plush pillows, neutral colored furniture, and modern fireplaces that all make the space feel soothing and sophisticated. They were out of the black tea I'd wanted (I went with the white tea they had) and they were also out of chicken. I was told it was still defrosting. This was after 12pm, two hours after they opened. How unfortunate. Nevertheless I placed an order for the frittata and the shortcake. Both items were excellent and I literally ate every crumb! Additionally, I was very impressed with the service. My server couldn't have been more sweet in her nature, and the other girl helping her was fast to replenish drinking water and clear away used dishes. It would be reckless not to stop thru this bistro if you find yourself a patron of the Nordic Spa. A very enjoyable place for sure, and it's the only place in Girdwood where everyone is dining in big fluffy plaid robes :)

Nice cozy place to have a bite in between your stay at the Spa. Very nice ambience and friendly staff. Every dish had something interesting and classy. Good for people who like healthy and classy choices. I loved the blueberry Brie grilled cheese sandwich. I saw other dishes go by, like a cheese charcuterie board and a veggie plate that looked amazing. Looking forward to coming again.

After spending a day at the Nordic spa, this bistro is pretty much your only option if you want to continue spending your time at the spa and not having to pay to get into the spa again. The bistro is lovely and the idea of wearing robes and swimwear to dine..is pretty flippin sweet! The service is great, everyone is friendly and it's not too shabby on wait time. Drinks are always available and they have unique drink specials that definitely suits the YAY SPA DAY! Honestly, I had a blast overall ( mostly due to the spa but the bistro is cute and convenient). The food is decent..they have an awesome variety of healthy options. I have had better at the resort itself, but for a bistro..it's perfect. Perfect cocktails to compliment perfect bistro style food.

Second time eating here and it was still okay. The wait was long but I guess they are still semi new so it's fine. First time I came here and ordered the chicken pesto flatbread. They ran out of chicken in the whole restaurant so they gave me pepperoni instead without asking. The second time I ordered the kale salad with chicken and the salad was fine. The chicken was insanely small for costing $12. It was probably 3x2 inches and 1/2 inch thick.

We had a great experience here. We sat in the lounge area and capped off a perfect afternoon. Luke picked a great Tempranillo and made his special concoction consisting of rose and house-made lavender syrup, the Afterglow...as he says, “off the menu special.” Beautiful, relaxing space with a great view of the mountains and great service. Highly encourage. Don’t miss the new spa.

Amazing service and lovely cocktails with light fare. Worth coming to the spa to enjoy the food.

Very disappointing. Went with a group of gals and we ordered different t things including the chicken flatbread that was painfully dry with no sauce or oil of any type, vegetable soup that tasted like watery V8 juice, an overpriced yogurt parfait that was tiny, and a strawberry shortcake dessert that tasted like an old ice cube you find in the back of the freezer. Overall they need to revamp their menu with some better salad and sandwich options that include high quality meals to match their high prices. I love the ambiance and way you can just chill in your robe, but we all agreed the food was not good…

Have you ever day dreamed about going out to eat in your pajamas? Well, at Two Trees, you can go out to eat in your super softie oversized spa robes! What! Two Trees is conveniently nestled between the spa entrance and the locker rooms/outdoor areas so spa-goers can easily stop in for a mid-spa day refreshment and/or snack. I opted for a zero proof cocktail because I planned to hit the sauna after lunch. The sweet and spicy added the perfect zing. Ever wanted a charcuterie board full of pure Alaskan fish? Look no further and try the "Seacuterie" board! The smoked halibut is pretty salty and the salmon spread was my favorite. Though the names of the desserts were unclear, the desserts were great. The olive oil chocolate cake is actually fudgey flourless chocolate cake perfection. The vegan ambrosia was a plate of pineapple on top of a mild coconut spread - no sauce or marshmallows to be found, but very light and fresh. The plates are quite small. Recommend ordering a few and sharing with your companions. Treat your Two Trees visit more like a tapas dining experience and focus on the positive: you won't be too full and bloated to go back into the water afterward!
