Rude hostess on the phone while making a reservation, rude owner/chef upon arrival. With so many amazing restaurants in homer don’t waste your time or money here. ??

Bottomless scallops? Yes please! This place had an AMAZING clam chowder. We came on a Sunday so they were serving bottomless scallops: breaded and fried or grilled. In my opinion, the grilled beats the fried indefinitely. Come check this place out for a great meal!

Great food and great service. The owner is especially amazing. Bigger portions would be nice, but grateful that we found this place.

Delicious halibut basket to go on Homer Spit, my favorite way to get an excellent meal on the run so I can keep taking photos!

FOOD IS EXCELLENT, BUT PRICES ARE THE MOON.They sat us at a two-top in the corner with no view, despite two better tables being available at the end of the lunch rush. No one came in after us. I faced a wall.My wife and I ordered one grilled seafood sampler ($41), the same sampler fried ($41), and an order of clam strips ($17). The food was delicious, but the absurd prices left a bad taste in our mouths. The clam strip app was tiny, with the smallest clam strips I've ever seen in a miniscule portion. The seafood samplers were each: Two medium scallops, two smallish large shrimp, two chunks of Salmon, and two chunks of Halibut. All very small portions. The fact that my small wife and I ate everything and were still hungry says it all. $134 with the tip. At HALF that price, we would have paid way too much. The owner yelling at the kitchen staff in front of the customers wasn't a great way to end the lunch. We didn't go for dessert, because I didn't want to blow a tank of gas on it.Good food at once-in-your life prices. The same quality seafood is available everywhere, at much lower prices.SKIP IT.

Perfect deep fried shrimp. All you can eat special for pre-season. Locals love the all you can eat offer.

Very good food, we had to wait a while for our table because it was busy but the food and the service definitely made up for it. The crab was fantastic, and the halibut was cooked to perfection. We were very pleased with our meal.

Wonderful views and decent food. A little pricy, but we’ll worth the atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. They also offer a menu to drawn and a plastic cup with a straw

IF YOU HAVE TASTE BUDS….. The clam chowder tastes like it’s straight out of a can. Both our salmon and halibut were dry. They wouldn’t know because our waitress never asked us how things were? But, I understand it because she didn’t really want to be there and assumed she’d get her 20% tip. She was wrong. Anyhow, we had a couple locals tell us that they are the worst. That’s before we told them about our experience. They claim they have “The Best Seafood in Alaska”. That’s their motto. Really? In all of Alaska? You believe that?? ALL OF ALASKA?? Try the Harbor Grill across the street where the locals go (from what they told us). Patties was a $100.00 lunch and a waste. Oh, the French fries were good. You’ve been warned…..

I stand by my previous review. The food and service were phenomenal. I still don't like fish, but push my boundaries by eating like the locals when I'm in Homer. The fish here is incredible. My husband also loved his prawns. The house jalapeño dressing I always get for my salad when I come here is great too. Desert was absolutely decadent.

So thankful the food was good because the prices were a bit insane. You might want to go online and have a look at the menu. maybe that just something we have to get used to in Alaska. The dishes we chose were the seafood sampler and breaded halibut. Large portions, so we had leftovers.

Very cute little place. I ordered the fried shrimp and my husband had grilled shrimp. Both were excellent. If you ask, they will bring you bread, which was very good even though it was sourdough..
