Close to 30 dollars for an average burger with good fries. The waitress didn’t come once to refill drinks, waited until we were ready to order to tell us what they were out of, and didn’t write the order down causing many mishaps in the kitchen.

I never write reviews but felt like tonight’s experience needs to be written.
We ate here in late 2024 just before they closed for renovation. We ordered the ribeye and everything was perfect. Everything tasted fantastic, the steak was perfectly cooked and tender, the sides had so much flavor and also cooked to perfection. We looked forward to coming back when they re-opened.
And now in October 2025 ordering the same thing was a complete night and day difference. For one, it took a long time for it to be served, the sides were bland and barely cooked, the steak was very chewy and had a weak sear, was blue rare in some spots and closer to well done in others. On the bright side, the waitress tried to make it right, we talked to one of the cooks who offered to send it back and get it redone, but we opted for a discounted price due to how late in the evening it was and we really didn’t want to be disappointed twice in one night. It is just a shame to see such a huge decline in the quality of food for the same price.

Amazing waiter who went above and beyond! Food was delicious, so much flavor. Grilled halibut is by far the best ever!

Nice and polite staff.

Food. My salad was super salty and so were my fries. It was hard to eat them. The chicken was very chewy and hard to eat. Steamed vegetables were good and tasty.

We ordered the cod fish and chips and pesto mac and cheese which is to die for. I typically try to stay away from mac and cheese but this pesto nailed it. The cod was really tasty and Flaky but it doesn't hold up very well in the breading. We got there for an early brunch and there wasn't very many people so that allowed for Quick Service

Walked and was told it was reservations only. The “Hostess” that had to be tracked down by the bartender. Said they were packed. She must think none of us standing there could clearly see that they had more than half the restaurant vacant. You can spend $500 for one night at the hotel and can’t eat at their restaurant without making plans ahead, which they don’t inform you of. That’s fine. We recommend going LITERALLY anywhere else to eat.

We went as a group and were placed upstairs. The tables were spaced so far away that we couldn’t interact with others. The food was cold and just so-so.
I will say, the desert was off the charts good.

I wish I could give the service 0 stars. Halibut iliamna was ok, rice that it sat on was crunchy and far from done. We waited over 40 mins and finally had to flag someone down just to get our beverages ordered. For the prices for the dishes they were very small portions that weren't filling. Super disappointed with this place. Not worth it. 👎

The food was enjoyable. We got the blueberry hill and kachemak sunrise mocktails. There were both tasty. Both were more on the acidic side. Then Shirley temple was very good too. The server and staff were pleasant. The food came out- halibut fish and chips was on dish and halibut lliamna. These were both good but not very hot. Cold slaw was quite subpar, being dry and not fresh. We also ordered the colossal king crab leg. This was tasty, cooked perfectly, and severed with butter. The emphasis here is on the singular with the crab leg. For the costs of the meal I expect a bit more from what I’ve seen across the coastal west. By and large it was a great time and meal. I would go back again.

7/26/25 at 5:02pm. So I called the number listed on their page and reached no one. I did reach their voice message, which said to please leave a message if you were looking for a reservation and that somebody would call you back. I called three times today and I left two messages and no one responded back that was between 230 and 3 o’clock today. I then called today at 5 o’clock and this young girl picked up. I informed her that I called several times today. Listen to their message which clearly states to leave the information if it’s regarding a reservation and that someone would call me back and that no one ever did I asked if she had any time today for two for six and she said no the earliest was at 8:30. I asked why if I left several messages did no one call me back and her response was that they never received any message from me today. Now keep in mind. She did not ask me my name nor did she even ask me what my phone number was. I then asked if there was gonna be a manager on site tonight so I could come in and talk to someone of which she said twice no, they’ll be no manager here for you tonight, which is very highly unlikely considering it’s a Saturday night.

As a business owner myself, I understand the meaning of customer service. It’s obvious to me that no one checked the voice messages or simply no one decided to call me back and the way that she handled me when I question that, was to just outright brush me off. I welcome an actual call from the manager, and if they would like to respond to this message, I will give them my phone number so that they can call me. This is not how a business is run and I would suggest moving on to a better restaurant.

OMG! So good! I had the seafood chowder and the coconut prawns. My husband got the halibut fish and chips! RUN TO THIS RESTAURANT!

Was a party of 8 people. Had reservations changed twice by restaurant. When we finally got to sit, we were told the reservation didn't begin for 20 more minutes. We ordered drinks. They took 40 minutes to come. Then we ordered dinner. Three people received their order. Then we waited and waited. Then three more people received their order. My husband and I did not receive our order. Then about 10 minutes later my husband received his order and the waitress came over and said everything good? I said I have not received my salad. She said oh. About twenty minutes later my salad arrived. Of course, everyone else was finished. Plates cleared and bill distributed. No compensation or adjustment to bill. Not a great feeling about the place.
