“I tried the gin on its own first. The gin is renowned for being made with locally sourced spruce tips, Devil’s Club, Labrador Tea, and rhubarb.

I then started with one of their cocktails on draft - the classic G&T which came in a delightful geometric glass. My mother had their zero-proof tomato cocktail which she adored.

My second cocktail was the cucumber ? gin cocktail. It was very delicate and soothing. We spent a decent amount of time relaxing in the distillery and sipping on our drinks.

I made sure to buy a bottle of the gin to take home with me to enjoy.“

“Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! Food was wonderful! Staff was amazing! Drinks over the moon! Cozy, sweet, and mouth watering! So much so I had to go twice in two days. On the way to take the fishing boat to the lower 48 for maintenance, and looking forward to seeing you next year upon returning!
