“I tried the gin on its own first. The gin is renowned for being made with locally sourced spruce tips, Devil’s Club, Labrador Tea, and rhubarb.

I then started with one of their cocktails on draft - the classic G&T which came in a delightful geometric glass. My mother had their zero-proof tomato cocktail which she adored.

My second cocktail was the cucumber ? gin cocktail. It was very delicate and soothing. We spent a decent amount of time relaxing in the distillery and sipping on our drinks.

I made sure to buy a bottle of the gin to take home with me to enjoy.“

Absolutely fantastic experience at Roma Restaurant in Juneau, Alaska!

The food was truly amazing every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell they take pride in every plate that comes out of the kitchen. The service was just as impressive friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish.
