Barista did not have any courtesy towards customers. Didn't speak when we walked up to counter and after we placed order she watched to see if we would leave a tip on their system and then said.. 'you're done'. Other retailers in the area were very friendly, maybe she was having a bad day or should not be in retail/service industry.

We came for a quick coffee and Sandwiches... Well, its extrmly overpriced (12 dollars for a wrap) and slow... The two coffees took nearly 15 minutes and that was with pretty much noone in the store

Nice coffee shop with a good selection and friendly staff. Comfortable chairs and plenty of tables if you wanted to work or study there. Good place to grab some freshly roasted beans and Heritage Coffee swag as well!

Great coffee from a local roaster that's delicious. The service is slow and you will end of up waiting 5 to 10 minutes for your drink (my average is 9 minutes from my dozen visits over the last 3 months) - this place is not for someone in a rush or wanting fast coffee, but it is very delicious coffee. ?

They don't actually have sit down food available just a cold case, hot case, and a pastry case. The burritos were okay considering they were probably out for awhile. The hot chocolate was good but nothing remarkable.
Always a little disappointed when I come here. The coffee is inconsistent and often bad. Baristas often mess up my order and are rude. The staff seems overworked and presumably underpaid because almost all of them are grouchy. They are usually out of their food items no matter what time of day you come in and of the items that aren’t out, they’re stale. The only positive about this place is that they fixed the leaks, horrible lighting, and couch with holes. Also, their prices are abhorrent considering the poor quality. Overall, I tend to regret going on the rare occasion that I do.

Delicious chicken sandwich. A nice tea but unfortunately the server seemed more interested in her phone. I guess it was a slow Sunday hard to keep motivated. No hello or welcome. I had to start the conversation.Better to go to a different branch. Otherwise a warm nice space.

This is BY FAR my favorite place to go after work. The location is easily accessible and has lots of space inside to seat people. The options are numerous and all of them delicious (although I highly recommend the smoothies or gelato with a nice hot baja). The service is great, the staff friendly and always patient when waiting for my order or when the rare problem occur. A couple weeks ago my card wasn't working when being swiped through, and they were very patient while helping me figure out what was happening. Tourist season is usually very busy and inevitably takes a bit longer, but I believe that this is a good place to go year round. Thank you so much, Heritage!! 10/10

The service was great even though it was very busy. The witches brew coffee was amazing. This bacon breakfast melt was delicious; I loved the aioli they put on it. The chips were a nice surprise too.
