This business is Not customer friendly. When I asked where the restroom was the employee said it was closed. I asked where do the employees use the restroom. He said, didn't say it was broken, it's closed. Fellow tourists and travelers be aware.

Coffee is good. The scones are dry. They closed their restrooms "for the day" I assume because of the cruise ship. They also refused to heat up a croissant because their oven is down for the day. Summary: we want cruise ship money but don't want to put out the effort. The floors in the dining area are filthy. I don't live here but I definitely won't return.

Way over priced .50 for butter and it was frozen so would not spread and my bagel as old and nasty tasting probably several days old I would imagine I specifically told her I did not want cream cheese but they charged me for it and gave it to me I said whatever and left! Been here before this place has gone down hill NO bathroom or Wi-Fi very poorly run I would suggest staying away from this place!.. great place to sit if your bored Lol but don't order anything I had to take a leak in an ally thought I was back in SF for a minute! Lol

I had their matcha and bacon and egg sandwich. The matcha was the worst matcha I've ever had. I poured most of it out. The sandwich was uninspiring to say the least. The bread wasn't toasted, and it was pretty small. The bacon was decent at least. The space is nice to hang out in probably, but I wouldn't recommend it based on my drink alone (the other member of my party didn't like theirs either).

We were in town as it was one of the cruise line's stop. There was a steady line out the door for this coffee shop. There was only one person working at that time. Service was as fast as it can be for one person. I ordered a latte at this stop. Latte tasted as expected. This seems like a popular chain in the area as there was another location a few blocks away.

I got to say I'm impressed. Good fresh coffee and scones just out of the oven. Large clean dining area. Plenty of tables, all different sizes. Even a couple optimized for a single guest.

Great service, really good chai. I have gone three times in my three day visit to Juneau.

Solid coffee shop. Lots of room inside and good seating. A little pricey but that's everywhere it seems.

I enjoyed breakfast here... but didn't love the amount of disposable items we were given with our meal. It's been a while since we were there, so maybe this is no longer the case.

Great hot chocolate and mocha. My husband cried about the bitter burnt taste of Starbucks on the cruise shipour friends enjoyed their latte and shot in the dark(super strong) drip plus espresso shot
