This business is Not customer friendly. When I asked where the restroom was the employee said it was closed. I asked where do the employees use the restroom. He said, didn't say it was broken, it's closed. Fellow tourists and travelers be aware.

Heritage Coffee Roasting Co. is a cute coffee roaster on the corner in downtown Juneau, described as a cute intimate find. The coffee is delicious; one guest enjoyed the cold brew with cherry cold foam, another found the latte excellent, and a visitor bought two cappuccino drinks that were far better than one from a shop in Bellevue, WA. The Red Bull spritzer, available in flavors like green apple, is also recommended. Service is friendly, quick, and efficient. The café is nice and cozy with a community board, though seating is limited to outside and two bistro style tables with two chairs, making it more of a buy & go store. Prices are fair, and a 5% sales tax is noted. Staff explained that most shops in Alaska do not offer WiFi due to cruise ships' company causing faulty service. A sticker for the lid is used to cover the lid for ToGo. The coffee hit the spot for energy before an evening whale watching tour, and guests felt they supported local business while on vacation.
