dropped by cause i was curious and wow, i’m still thinking about it. the fried bread was like nothing i’ve had before, so warm and fluffy with a little crunch on the outside. i got the salmon soup and it was perfect for the cold, really rich and comforting, though i wish i’d asked for extra spice. the person working was super nice and actually talked to me about how they make the bread, which was cool. honestly i’d drive the whole way back...
I am so grateful Spice Juneau Indian Cuisine is thriving and the food is just as delicious as in 2022 and 2024. I travel all over the world and this restaurant is one of my favorites. The food has power. Unique to find today. Thank you 😊
Ordered Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. Dish portion size was small and had a unique flavor profile, a bit different from traditional Indian found in lower 48. Naan was also a bit different-thinner but good.
