This little shop was amazing. Great coffee and the grab and go pastries are amazing. This pastry baker knows what they’re doing. . I bought a variety to try, I’m from out of state on vacation and couldn’t return to buy more.
I actually google searched this place hoping they had an online store option. I would buy. Scones, Banana Bread, Coffee Cake and their Brownies by the dozen as a monthly subscription. Definitely recommend this business.Outstanding service quality food and amazing taste at a great price!!!

Multiple complaints I ordered a white chocolate mocha was given dark mocha with clump of hair in it no flavor and I ordered a Grind thing x3 32 oz was given 16 oz 3 times they are unprofessional annoying adolescents, rude and nasty .
I was told I could use creamer and sugar was accused of stealing coffee in front of one of my tour guests while in uniform while a gentleman was pumping his own coffee I have offered to pay for the creamer and sugar Multiple times so they criminal trespass me for 1 year after I spent 400.00 plus, lmao ? ? ? . I would rather go to Hertiage Coffee better service, friendlier and streamlined . Never again

I went around 16:00 and was the girl with a lot of bad will and no education at all! She didn’t know how to explain the things they have for drink and the answer was always “is what is written!” How would I know what is winter spice or any other of their hot teas with weird names… for foreign people that means nothing!

I had the delightful experience of trying the drip coffee and it was delicious! Smooth and rich flavor! And the chocolate chip cookie was big and also very yummy! I wonder if they sell coffee beans??

I share the same bathroom with these workers and multiple times I have witnessed them NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!! They are dealing with food and beverages so this should be taken very seriously!
Fun seasonal coffee creations.

This is the perfect place to grab some food or a drink to go if you find yourself at Juneau’s cruise port. It’s in such a convenient location, right across from the Goldbelt Tram. We stopped here to grab some lunch after doing the Gastineau Peak hike and before going whale watching. I enjoyed their turkey pesto mozzarella wrap, and their banana bread was deliciously moist.
