carbonation machine barely works for Grind Things anymore, for the past year and a half now. if i didn't want a carbonated drink, i would get a flat drink instead, and that would be cheaper than $7.50 for a 24oz too. tried letting the staff know, have asked their Instagram before in the past and still no fixes. not only in the Valley location but also in Lemon Creek. very disappointing as a customer of 8 years now :(

Paid $16 for a drink that was spilling while the lady handed it to me. Instead of taking 15 seconds to rectify, I now get to go to an event with coffee stained paints and coffee all in my brand new car. Thanks.

Lilly was an amazing barista and she was the absolute sweetest person to chat with. Our first time here and she made all our drinks so fast and they were all SOOOO GOOOD!!!!
