The Latte I had was yummy and smooth. I had a breakfast Sammy on a croissant, delicious! Even though the restaurant was busy, seats opened up quickly. The staff were very hard working.

The Rookery is a must when visiting Juneau. The food is fresh and interesting, the coffee is the best in town, and the staff are all so genuinely friendly and warm. I had the avocado toast with the homemade lox and the apple frangipane croissant and a cortado. If I ever stop in Juneau, I will definitely go back here.

The Rookery was excellent! Perfect portions and the filthiest dirty chai one could hope for! I got the Benedang, which was an exquisite eggs Benedict swapping chicken for the English muffins. So good! Quick service, not a long wait on cruise day, and great people watching at the window.

The guy at the front counter was very rude. Our breakfast was burnt and when we said something the guy said “Oh Well” not very good customer service

We had brunch at this popular breakfast and pastry stop. I had one of the potato bowls and wife had granola bowl. Spicy potato bowl was excellent and unique while the granola bowl was serviceable. Don’t miss out on the pastries. They are worth a stop. We had the almond croissant. Fantastic. All of the sweets looked tempting.
Counter service. Often a line, but you will get a seat available after ordering. Getting a seat prior to ordering is a big no-no here. Seems a nice mix of locals and tourists.

The MOST racist place EVER!! I sat down at a table while my husband and son were in line to place my order. I was approached my, whom I’m assuming was the manager, and informed that I could not reserve a table until after my order was placed. I sat right next to a WHITE lady who had been sitting while her other guests placed her order and she was not asked to leave her table. There needs to be a sign at the door that states “Whites Only”.

Rarely do I feel compelled to write a review, however, the ROOKERY BLT was the best BLT I've had in my 50+ years walking this earth! The pickled green tomato was the kicker. But WAIT THERE'S MORE...the TATER TOTS are to die for. I picked up a slight hint of Tabasco Sauce and they were cooked to heavenly crispy perfection. Oh, did I mention the coffee drinks?!?! Go to Rookery when in Juneau. Fantastic food and people!

Popular counter-service restaurant offering fresh baked pastries, breakfast, and lunch. Try twice baked almond croissant or blueberry croissant bar. Coffee is excellent as well.
