We had the Alaskan King Crab legs & the Breaded Shrimp and it was delicious! Fun atmosphere too!
We had a very disappointing meal today. The king crab was small and was lacking flavor. We have been there on previous trips to Juneau and the food was great, but not anymore.
First time visitors to Juneau and excited to dine at the highly rated Tracy's. The crab was not fresh. Sad to say I've had better Alaskan King Crab in Texas.

Spotless floors and tables. They are prepared with sinks outside of the bathroom to wash off the finger eating foods -CRAB! Their crab is delicious but felt expensive but my family and I have never eaten crab so it was probably decently priced. There are cheap options such as crab bisque, but be prepared to spend upwards of $50 to get one of their meals. As I said, this was our first time eating crab and it seemed like a hassle to them to teach someone how to open up and eat crab. It would've been helpful to get some pictures, instructions, or a tutorial in any form when it came to eating crab. If the restaurant is slow then they'll have a moment to teach you. Had a cute gift shop!

Tracy’s Lobster definitely lives up to the hype! There was a long wait, but the irresistible aroma drew us in. It took a while for our whole family to get seated, but once we did, it was worth the wait. We enjoyed one of the best lobsters I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. A must-visit for any seafood lover!

I was not impressed at all with the King crab. It was small and tasteless, but the beer battered fried shrimp was some of the best shrimp that I have ever eaten in my life. The crab cakes were also good. I will stick with the restaurants the locals recommend for crab legs, but will definitely eat shrimp here again.

This was our first experience trying red king crab and it was amazing. I highly recommend eating here if you’re wanting to try local Alaskan crab.

AMAZING! If you're price shopping keeping moving on. But if you want the best, amazing crab and outstanding service make it a destination in Juneau. Atmosphere is phenomenal. Don't let the line scare you off it moves quickly

I don’t often leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to misleading claims about the food. The restaurant advertises fresh Red King Crab, and our server insisted they use only fresh crab at this location, not frozen like at their other site. However, I strongly doubt this claim. The crab I had was dry and far less fresh than the juicy, sweet Red King Crab I enjoyed in Skagway.
The snow crab, on the other hand, seemed fresher and tasted better than the Red King Crab served here. With over 3,000 reviews and a 4.7 rating, it’s disappointing to see this restaurant fall short of its promise to serve the freshest ingredients.

We went to the other location by the coast guard buildung. Excellent crab and customer service! The moment we stepped in we felt welcome. As a local I felt very accommodated. They asked where we were from (which is part of their general service) and made sure to put down my local discount. Great food, staff was attentive and helpful with anything we needed. Excellent for an extravagant family dinner.

This was my 3rd visit to Alaska this year and every time I come this is a must stop. Some of the best Alaskan King Crab legs I've tasted. The warm garlic bread coupled with a side of fresh crab nachos were awesome. The crab was flavorful, sweet, juicy and packed with meat. Besides the beautiful scenery and clean air this place will definitely keep me coming back.
