I was in Juneau on a recent Sunday night and thought I would do a quick review. Twisted Fish is right downtown near the tram, so it was convenient. It was crowded, but the hostess, Mary, was a rockstar. She had eyes all over the restaurant and seated us in a jiffy. My friend ordered the ribeye with asparagus and I ordered the oysters and steamed clams. The oysters were petite, and were tasty. The clams, which are steamed in amber beer with onions, garlic and tomatoes were delicious...
Casual dining, place was extremely busy when we arrived. We were seated quickly. We were there in Aug and it was very warm outside and the sun was setting making the place very warm inside. It was also very noisy. My husband had the halibut tacos with a spicy Pico de Gallo which he liked. I had the lox plate which was too much food. The food was good and I would go there again.
Enjoyed a wonderful lunch here while visiting Juneau. Service was prompt and professional, the food was well prepared and the atmosphere was quite relaxing with an excellent choice of music.
