The best bread anywhere in Juneau! It is delicious, free from preservatives and seed oils, dough conditioners, and all the other poison in other bread. It is somehow rigid without being dense, which means it holds up amazing for pre-made sandwiches. It is somehow moist without being wet (unlike Dave's Killer Bread which is doughy). Absolutely the best bread I have had in years.

The bread is delicious! Comes in fresh on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday to superbear and foodland. Love the Focacia that has potato in it, super moist!
