“The gals here are too funny and very friendly. This is my favorite Starbucks to go to out of the ones in kenai and Soldotna. They make awesome coffee I drive from Soldotna to kenai just to get coffee from here. I can honestly say a few of the girls will go above and beyond here for you. I’ve even had one bring me a tea from her house that she thought I would enjoy. This place is blessed with some outstanding employees. I have even let them make me a surprise drink to change things up and they did so good!“

“What a great coffee shop! The decor and environment is so warm and welcoming. I adore their chalk board menus that are so tastefully crafted. They have comfortable seating; choose to sit at their wooden log bar, one of the tables, or find a seat on the couch. I sat here for 3 hours doing schoolwork, it was enjoyable the entire time. The only reason I gave it a 4☆ is due to both Batistas' attitude and demeanor. The 3x hours we were there, I never once saw the 2x Baristas smile at any of the customers! Not once!! Their effort to be cheerful and pleasant was minuscule! Working in the coffee industry for over 15 years, I know there is one thing that is rule of thumb... Always be upbeat and cheerful! A company can get away with serving poor tasting coffee as long as their customer service makes up for it...but it doesn't matter how good the coffee was if the Barista provided poor customer service.“
