INCREDIBLE sea food restaurant! I ate there with five of my best friends and we had THE BEST meal i may have ever had. We ate fresh oysters, tender and delicious calamari and squid, fantastic black cod, and the BEST chowder I've ever had. I can't wait to get back to Olds River next time I visit Kodiak.
Had dinner for the first time at Old's tonight & it was amazing. Every item on the menu was delicious, you could tell how much thought and time went into the ingredients and cook. The service was also great. I wish we would have come here sooner. This was a great experience overall for our family and easily the best food on Kodiak. We look forward to coming back💚
The food is good in a unique location, but the reputation stands true that the owner is rude. She makes you feel like a burden for dining at her restaurant. We’ve been here a couple of times; the first time she had us sit at the bar because we didn’t have a reservation even though the restaurant was completely open. Only 2 other couples came in during our meal. The second visit, we were having a lovy anniversary meal out on the porch until she came outside and started yelling...
