We had the most exceptional lunch here today! We made a last minute decision to stop in Palmer on our way from Anchorage to Talkeetna and we got lucky enough to land on an absolute gem. We are from DC and we have traveled extensively and I think this chef could hold their own anywhere on the map. We had the biscuits & gravy, pancakes, brunch salad and seasonal tomato tasting -every bite of food exceeded expectations in every way. My husband and I are still talking about...
It has a hygge atmosphere- fantastic lighting and table seating in separate rooms. The focaccia cinnamon roll is next level- chewy, salty, sweet, so incredibly soft. Fantastic refresh juice, creative small menu, and lovely people.
Great Indy music, beautiful view of Matanuska if you sit in the second area, and the food is just incredible. My wife had the brunch salad and she said it was amazing, I had the pancakes and they were the best pancakes I’ve ever had… light and fluffy with delicious whipped cream and blueberries. Such a cool fun place!
