despite the reviews, this does NOT taste like authentic mexican. i ordered the steak fajitas and i was so disappointed. the steak was extremely bland and had no flavor aside from the veggies. prices were fair for amount of food it came with, and complimentary chips and salsa are always fantastic. got seated right away and our waitress was very attentive. only complaint us the food was a 3/10.

With the exception of the loud Air Force Brigader General a few tables away (What are you gonna do? Thank you for your service, sir, and consider a hearing check - aircraft are loud) I found the food very good, and the portions are ample - I over did it a bit, I think. A good local eatery that DID NOT surcharge me for a credit card. That really irritates me- that's a cost of doing business. Enough winging.Try it, you'll like it ("Hey Mikey!").

It was freezing in the restaurant. We had to wear our coat to eat food. The food was not good and made us sick. It tasted off.

Was craving Mexican and didn’t want to drive to wasilla so thought I’d try out La Fiesta called and ordered over the phone service was great atmosphere was nice when I picked up. But the food wasn’t that great and pretty disappointing for $24 I got a chicken chimichanga and a side of rice the rice had clumps of hard pieces in it like it was scraped from the bottom and the chimichanga was full of chicken with very little flavor nothing else but a little bit of beans in the middle of it. Also they gave just a small dabble of sour cream and lettuce on the side so after a couple bites it was gone making it hard to get down just chicken and fried tortilla. I think for a basic burrito just filled with chicken and the rice it was waaay to expensive. Might try out a different dish in the future but it’s worth it to go to wasilla and be satisfied for the same price or less and get more flavors/ salsas and sides that come with your food.

I have been told that La Fiesta is the most authentic Mexican food in the valley. What I know for sure, is that they serve some crazy good food! I have been here a number of times and I am yet to be disappointed. Great food, great staff, great place all around. I highly recommend.

The only thing that we have been disappointed with so far is the horchata, but that's a personal preference. The food has always been wonderful. The service has always been great. The atmosphere has always been a familiar and comfortable place for our date nights, or family meals out.

Our food was spot on. I ordered a chicken chimichanga, the best I think I ever had. We also had enchiladas, also above well average.

Yes, it's alaska but when you're in the mood for mexican, why not give it a try. Dinner was good but margaritas were not. Stick with beer. Service was good.

I was very pleased when visiting for the first time this month, before heading to the Reindeer farm we were craving Mexican! The staff was very friendly, clean restaurant, kid suitable, and the menu options were great! My boyfriends mother is gluten free and she was able to order everything she wanted. Thank you for a lovely lunch!

The meat was raw without seasoning and the waitress had an attitude. I do not recommend this restaurant.
