I had the waffles combo and it was very good, someone at the table with me said it's the best burger they've had.

We have just discovered this little gem in downtown Palmer. We have eaten there 3 times in the past couple of month. The food is simple be excellent. I have had different a omelette each time. My favorite is the country omelette. The pancakes that come with the meal are really good. My wife had liver and onions and then a dinner salad. My daughter had different breakfasts each time. They were all very good. The service is excellent. When you come in they greet you with a smile. The staff have always been cheerful and fun to interact with. They genuinely want you to enjoy your meal.

Just had breakfast here. Best friend potatoes hands down. The reindeer sausage and cheese omelette was huge! Great food. Great service. The server asked me not to mention his name "don't tell my mom"(!). ?

When I think about family diners I think something along the lines of the windbreak cafe in wasilla or the noisy goose in Palmer and this has pretty much the same style of food, so I personally don't go there for there food that often, but I certainly go there to have fun or just relax with my family and friends as the environment is just so receptive to it.

Old-Style Diner feel. Well used and equally well maintained. The food and the staff are always good and friendly.

Great breakfast for dinner in a low key, minimal thrills atmosphere. Attentive waitress and filling portion sizes.

Breakfast looked good but did not taste good, scrambled eggs were very runny and undercooked. The Eggs Benedict has ham with a sweet spoiled taste and I was unable to eat it and felt nauseous. Wait and bus staff were very friendly and nice. The cook does not cook well at all. We should have stuck with biscuits and gravy. There were small children running and screaming while we were there

This is my first 1 star review. Be prepared to wait about 50min for your food, nothing special just some eggs and burgers. I felt bad for the people who worked here they look like they were very short staffed. I have to say staffs were very nice. The burger was supposed to come with a soup which we never got. We asked for no mayo and there was mayo on the burger.

basically one waitress handling breakfast rush. had to wait for water, forgot coffee, forgot O.J. food was not warm when delivered. missing silverware and had to wait even longer before being brought to table, looking at food... there was a mixup on who would deliver the o.j. the other gal was waiting at the service window and cashing out customers instead of following thru on the order requests. I would not recommend this place. the food was just OK, nothing spectacular worth waiting for.
