Really disappointed that the Blue Pizza has been taken off the menu. It was one of the best pizzas in the Valley. Settled for the mashed potatoes and gravy which were pretty plain. Just an ok experience.
I only ate got a to go order from the cafe. I've never stayed in the hotel so I can't speak to that!
But their food is phenomenal! Great portion sizes! We got 2 small orders of chicken fried steak (1 steak each) and a 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy. They came with 2 slices of toast, 2 eggs & hash browns. The OM eggs were perfect!! And the yolks were so bright orange/yellow, looked like farm fresh eggs!! not the barely yellow eggs like you buy...

I loved the food here. The biscuits and gravy is fantastic and the pancakes are great. For lunch the hushpuppies grilled ham and cheese with twice baked potatoes absolutely fantastic.
