Best restaurant in Seward. Sad this place is always closed when I venture down there from Anchorage the last few years. Huge loss for the town of Seward, not too many good options for food anymore.
The only place open! Been here several times, years apart even and just a wonderful place to sit and visit after a day of driving to get there, or just handing out locally. Sad that it closed.

It’s not closed; we were there just last week. It was pretty crowded, but we got two seats at the end of the bar. Very friendly and helpful bartender. Sampled one of the local beers ( I can’t recall which one), and it was very good. The menu is not real big; we both got burgers, which were really good and really big.
