“Traveling through Seward today as part of a five week road trip. Decided to stop at Firebrand for a late dinner. What a great decision. Meal was awesome. Chad and Ashlyn took great care of us and our wraps (burritos) were off the chart. Do yourself a favor if'n you're in Seward and stop for some great BBQ at Firebrand!“

“Randall and Nikola made us feel right at home here for our very first meal in Seward! Both my dad and I had the signature fish and chips with delightfully deep fried halibut and salmon pieces and delicious fries. House made tartar and aioli were knock-outs! Only bummer was no dessert but Randall was quick to point us towards some ice cream right down the street!“

“Consistent, delicious dishes made from scratch, great service, and great beer and wine menu.“
“Great brewery with a nice variety of beers. Though Alaska has prime food spots, it was very nice to decompress and get something else after the 10th halibut sandwich. We tried the hot chix sando and the nachos for starters, both were absolutely amazing. Very funky vibes with lots of hidden jokes on the menu, walls and even the bathroom stall haha. Next time I’m in Seward, definitely hitting this place again. Shoutout to Luke for the great service!“

“After eating along the waterfront in Seward, we heard some recommend Salmon Bake. It was just around the corner from the Seward KOA where we had been staying for several days. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing, the best in Seward. Service was extremely fast and the quaint decor of the restaurant was cozy and warm. Definitely recommend 1000% as the best in the area! You won't be disappointed!!“

“Outdoor seating is not available during this season. Food was nice, especially liked the dirty fries. The reindeer soup came with only 2 small pieces of meat which was a little disappointing. The rice w the chicken piccata had a hint of coconut which was a welcome change.“

“Probably the best pizza in Seward. Unfortunately, this business hires non-English speaking folks to run their business... One night I was charged $25 for a pizza, a few days later it was $31; exactly the same pie. They do not answer the phone during business hours either, had to arrive in-person to place a carry-out order.“

“our server janus was really nice & attentive. the oysters were good, though i prefer east coast oysters. we both got the halibut dinner but i got salmon in mine. it was delicious and i loved the lemon sauce that came with it. i do wish the beer selection was larger & perhaps feature some from the 49th state brewing company. overall a good experience- long waitlist. beet amuse bouche was quite good.“
