Weird atmosphere. Dishes were super unique and cool, but not the most delicious food I’ve had. Pretty pricey, but knew that going in. Our waiter Christian was very good. Knowledgeable about the dishes and attentive. Sat on the covered deck expecting great view, but view was just okay.
The food is hit or miss. The scallops and king salmon were great, but the salmon mosaic and Alaska paella were pretty bad. The mosaic was mushy with bland flavor. The seafood portion on the paella was small and overcooked. The balcony got really hot with the sun coming through and the waiter didn't offer to roll up the covering or mention it was an option. I did like how they marked GF/DF on the menu. This place has some great stuff but also quite overrated especially considering...
Ludwig’s under new ownership has completely destroyed their best dish, the Pallea they’ve had for years. If you go there don’t order the new version unless you want the worst entree on the menu
