He food was great but ...
Loved the calamari. The fish and chips were fresh and the breading was very light. The salmon sandwich too tasted great.
However, the food took a very long time to arrive every though the two of us got there before a larger group. Also for the food prices, it is a little strange that they have plastic cutlery and they charge a fee for credit cards. If they just increased the price a tiny amount and avoided the fee, it would feel less that we were being nicked and dimed. And lastly, they gave us the password for WiFi and that was the only time that I missed the ship's WiFi !!

We had king crab and the fish and chips. Both excellent. Staff friendly. They add a charge for use of a credit card.

Everything that we had was amazing! I especially loved the bolognese (ordered this two times) and piccata. We were in Sitka for a week and we ate here three times! It is a small restaurant, so there might be a bit of a wait. But, it is worth the wait!

Great place for food and drinks in Sitka, AK. We had the Fish and Chips. The fish was fresh halibut from the area. It was fantastic. The bar has a large selection and the Old Fashion was pretty good-not the best but descent.

Food was ok but a bit pricey. The lemon crab linguine had some shells in it which I didn’t like.

It’s a tourist trap. Small portions, mediocre quality, fine dining price tag. Stay away, just as many have pointed it out here.

A short and unpleasant interaction with the owner was reflective of how this business operates.

Ate here for lunch recently in Sitka. We were able to get seated immediately, and the service was relatively quick. Food was okay, there wasn’t a lot of seasoning to any of it but still it was still pretty good.

We came into Sitka with Royal Caribbean and after a few miles of hiking and seeing the beautiful town and surrounding landscape we were hungry! The sticker price on the King Crab scared me at first, but I gave in and boy was it worth it! That crab meat was tender yet firm and had a delicious fresh taste! Everyone else in my party enjoyed their food as well!

The servers were nice but a little slow. For how crowded the place was, and one of the only places offering sit down dining around, I understand that.

If you’re in Sitka looking for some amazing Crab and don’t get scared off by the price you are in for a treat!

Food was pricey and just okay. It was $200 and with the only alcohol being two beers.
Waitress mixed up the order and forgot my drink. I had to ask for the drink again. I didn’t bother with the food mix up as I just had to remove the items I asked to not be on my burger, although the kitchen left out another item I asked to stay on the burger.
I was too hungry to bother with it.
The lemon crab linguine had shells in it, which did not compliment the dish.

Food was good but the menu was not accurate. I ordered the Mixed Breadbasket for $8.50 which claimed it came with roasted garlic, but the wait staff said it wasn’t offered anymore. I also ordered a Caesar Salad with added salmon, which the menu said would cost $16 more. When the bill came, there was a charge for $20 for “white king salmon”. No effort was made to adjust the bill, just the explanation of “that’s how it is priced in my system”.

Stopped here for lunch and enjoyed the food and service. Great menu and something for everyone. Good coffee too. A little pricey but well worth it. If we're again in Sitka, we'll seek a meal here again.

We stopped here for lunch while touring Sitka. We had the fish and chips and the grilled chicken sub. Both were excellent choices!

The best seafood chowder I've had on my Alaska trip!

Food was okay, cornmeal batter instead of beer batter without being told on our halibut. We were served with plastic wear instead of actual silverware. Other food was good. Service was intermitten as servers flitted about. One of the servers gave us a look when we asked for more plastic wear as our other pieces were taken with some of the plates. For price point I think we at least deserved actual SILVERWARE.

Great little place to stop for a meal in Sitka. We planned to eat at another place but it was closed this week. So this was a nice surprise as a backup!

My seafood chowder was excellent! A perfect amount with bread for lunch. The only reason we gave the food a 4 is because you can’t specify how to cook your meat. It came a bit well done for my partners taste. But overall food was good. Atmosphere was good. Definitely recommend.
