Homemade chorizo, need I say more?
Quaint old red school bus converted into a stationary food truck. Fantastic food (quite possibly the best street corn I’ve ever tasted), large fresh portions, made to order, friendly and helpful. A must visit when in Skagway.

Skagway is rough for vegetarians, but fear no more. Peppers has your back. Their sweet potato/tofu burrito became a staple for me in 2022 & this season, if you are what you eat, I will become a vegan chorizo burrito with a side of street corn. Get you some- 10/5 STARS
My husband and I took a break from our cruise food to eat some tacos at Peppers (walk-up food truck) in a relaxed outdoor setting. The tacos were the best my husband and I have ever eaten. We chose the chorizo protein, and with the seasoning, it did not disappoint. Fellow cruisers, stop by on your port day, you will be glad you did! The food and service is great!
