Absolutely delicious food! I called to place an order for pick up this weekend, and they were super busy (weekend in July in Soldotna). The lady who took my phone order got everything right and quoted about 30 minutes until it would be ready which I understood (again, super busy weekend evening in Soldotna in July).

tried it for my mom's birthday 1000% going back again. couldn't eat I all at the restaurant had some to take home for later
This might be my favorite enchilada sauce in Alaska so far. The staff were very attentive, but didn't tell us about the salsa bar. Overall it was a good experience and a tasty meal.
