The braised ribs with mashed potatoes hit the spot. Very hearty and fresh. The star of the show was the Hungarian mushroom soup. That was on my mind all week after I ate it. Made it a point to go back just for the soup. There was a bison burger and a few other options that I was not looking to try but would like to see more common menu like a cow burger or a rib eye on the menu. Just my opinion. The ambiance is beautiful in the hill in a retired rail car Amazing.

Fine dining at an excellent price. Upstairs dining with a special view to the east looking at the Kenai Mountains or seating in a restored railroad car for a more intimate experience. The menu changes periodically. Greens are grown on site - and for goodness sakes, get a salad for the tenderest sweetest lettuce one can imagine. On request, they will add something as a side even salmon which is not one of the options. The food is very well prepared. Full bar and microbrews on tap. It is a little hard to get to because of the traffic and how the road is routed, especially if you are going their leaving Soldotna. Be careful turning across the busy traffic lanes coming south to Soldotna. Got to love this establishment - hydroponic garden, solar panels, and electric charging stations.
Vegetarian options: Best greens!
Parking: Be careful turning left coming from Soldotna winter with the conditions and summer with the traffic. Plenty of parking.
Every time I have been to Addie camp, the food is delicious and the staff is great! This is the picture of the maple mustard, chicken salad, which someone was arguing with me didn’t exist on the menu, lol!

Absolutely delicious. Everything was wonderful. We will be back on the return from Homer. Tye was a wonderful server and worked around my allergies. We had the filet and the elk burger and the seafood pasta.
