The braised ribs with mashed potatoes hit the spot. Very hearty and fresh. The star of the show was the Hungarian mushroom soup. That was on my mind all week after I ate it. Made it a point to go back just for the soup. There was a bison burger and a few other options that I was not looking to try but would like to see more common menu like a cow burger or a rib eye on the menu. Just my opinion. The ambiance is beautiful in the hill in a retired rail car Amazing.
To start, the service is fantastic. Kim is an excellent server, extremely friendly and bubbly with nice attention to small ques. The food was excellent, The quality is that of any fine dining restaurant in the lower 48 the chefs seem to genuinely care about the food they send out. Price was fair. I can't wait to go back I had a wonderful time. highly recommended.
