Normally don’t so this but my drink was hot and it was not supposed to be and my husband’s was not only hot it was flat as well will not go back was terrible service

Karley- the brunette, I had waited in line for a couple minutes and then she grabbed the window with a poor attitude, and denied service to me due to high school drama that happened well over a year ago. (Takes two not just one sided) But really frustrating and sad! Had to wait that time to be denied! I wanted an express special redbull, and got denied service. Really unfortunate to lose a customer and money over something so silly!

I absolutely LOVE this coffee shop, the Soldotna location specifically!! Anytime I have a craving for a lotus I come straight here (and I live out in Nikiski and with these gas prices that's saying something) ?! The ladies that work there are all absolutely amazing, super sweet, very professional and they even give great suggestions when I wanna spice things up from my normal order ?, I go at least once a week to order a blue lotus with cream,Mango,pineapple, and passionfruit and it always tastes the same! I only wish I knew all of their names because they are all so wonderful!!! Keep it up ladies !!!

I went here yesterday and had an amazing experience. Today not so much. I ordered off their iced tea menu and got handed a hot drink. I told the girl I thought it came iced since it was on the iced tea menu and she rudely said "no it doesn't" my London fog tastes like hot cream. Not sweet and no taste of tea. She also filled it up so much that it was pouring down the side of the cup and has now made a mess in my car. I'll be coming back because the drink I had yesterday was good, but won't be ordering iced anything anymore since that doesn't actually mean cold.

I go here pretty often for coffee and the coffee is pretty good, and the smoothies are also good. I would recommend it if you want coffee and are in soldotna.
I asked for a Carmel latte and when I got my coffee it was worse than black coffee I assume that something was wrong that day but still it was baaaad we asked for extra Carmel

Stopped for soft serve ice cream. Yoiu can't miss the building that looks like a giant cone on the right side heading west. We got waffle cones with 2 flavors. I got the large for $5 and my wife got the medium for $4.50. The medium was more than enough. This included the tax and they were huge. The ice cream was great and these cones would have been a bargain anywhere but particularly in Alaska. The couple running the place were very friendly and we enjoyed talking to them. What a find!

This place is, in my opinion, THE BEST place to get coffee or a specialty drink! I have never had something I did not like. Everything I have ever gotten taste the exact same every time I get it! The ladies that work here are also amazing! They are so polite and always smiling
