I do very few reviews, mainly by forgetfulness, but I'll say the weathervane scallops ARE. THE. BEST. I've ever eaten, either from a restaurant or that I've personally cooked. I've cooked several over the years. Tender, buttery (I know everything says that, but true to the fact) and absolutely melts in the mouth. This is an honest, not paid for review. I've had nothing but exceptional service from them.

Absolutely 5 stars , bought frozen salmon bellies and Ikura Salmon Caviar, arrived overnight ice cold. I first soaked in salt + sugar then lite cold smoked those bellies, This is sooo delish, 8 lb just not enough, will reorder another 10 lb asap, Salmon bellies nowhere to be found locally.

I love seafood I live in Colorado I ordered from another Company out of Seattle last time. I was not happy. So after reading reviews I took a chance and ordered Shrimp and Coho. Paid for extra ice and they offer insurance. I got my package today I ordered late Friday night Tuesday Am I have my package.
