“Everything was great—the product, service, and overall ambiance were excellent. One suggestion I have is regarding the manager’s desk location. During our visit, the manager was conducting an interview with a job candidate in the customer area, and the conversation was quite loud. It may be beneficial to move the manager’s workspace or conduct interviews and other work-related discussions in a more private area. This would help maintain the comfortable atmosphere for customers and provide more privacy for employees and candidates as well.“
