Service was terrible, waiter totally ignored us. Finally had to ask who was our server. He shows up with nothing but excuses of how he’s been working since 7am for past 12 days. Forgot my drink, food was good but the lousy service took away from it. Watched all of the other tables he had get wrong check, heard people complaining loudly. We wanted dessert but passed on it because didn’t want to wait any longer. As we were getting ready to leave, we found out it was his second job of the day, sorry, not my problem!

The waitress highly suggested we get the Alaskan crab legs as they were as big as her wrist. For $75 we got one crab leg that was not as large as a baby’s wrist. That restaurant should be ashamed sending out only one crab leg when the menu states crab legs (plural) and with the price of $75 to boot. My sister and husband were still hungry after their meals and HIGHLY disappointed! We will tell everyone not to go to this restaurant

The atmosphere and lodge are wonderful, however, when ordering crab legs at 75$ one would expect more than one small crab leg. That’s right, ONE! We were terribly disappointed to say the least.

We had a great time here enjoying the bar area and Darren the great, and a friendly hostess (Harmony) and server (Seher). We got a window seat to see the views and really enjoyed the Halibut and braised short rib bolognese with tagliatelle pasta black and truffle Demi truffle pecorino ricotta and fresh herbs - amazing! Pro tip : It does get very crowded when the “tour /cruise bus” crowd hits, so go early or late to miss the line! VictorB

Food came out cold. Sent back. Was told by food runner they can’t make it warmer so switched order. Meanwhile waiter is nowhere to be found. New order came out without silverware. 5 minutes later we asked another server to send a manager over. I explained the situation to the manager and he tried to comp part of the meal. Poorly run restaurant. Lots of employees but nobody doing anything productive.

The views and the staff are great, the food is very mediocre and expensive. I’d say you’re better off driving into town for meals, but if you’re forced to eat here at least the staff is friendly and it’s scenic.
Fantastic views and atmosphere. Too bad the service and food didn't match. Our app was forgotten, the desserts were missing ingredients, my daughter's salad had only three raspberries and barely any dressing, and we rarely saw our waitress. The entrees were pretty good. We even saw a group of servers get into an argument about where food was supposed to go after a couple of them went around asking several tables if they had ordered the dishes they were carrying.

Poorly managed restaurant. On two separate occasions, our family waited over an hour and a half for food while other parties who arrived after us were served. On one occasion, a family arrived an hour after us and were served before us. Food quality was uneven and different day-to-day.

Forget about eating here. You’re going to wait more than 45 minutes just to get seated. Management needs to evaluate the wait times when there are tables available. Other one star reviewers says it all.
