I discovered Kahiltna Bistro in Talkeetna, Alaska, while doing a virtual tour, and I've definitely added it to my list for a future visit! The place has a cozy atmosphere that seems perfect for relaxing after exploring the town. The dishes on the menu look delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavors that showcase the best of the region. Plus, I've read that the staff is very friendly, which is always a bonus. It's definitely on my list of places to check out....

No many waitress need for wait a bit
?Soup of today: lots of ingredients in it: beef and veggie. A bit salty
?Fish Taco: just small portion of fish, would like to have taco being more dry

The place is a bit off the beaten path or is just ignored. It is right across from the train station. Thr food has a different twist compared to restaurants in downtown. It was tastey and the chef/cook is quite chatty and takes pride in his work. A nice change if taste compared to downtown food. I had the seafood Mac n' Cheese- tastey and very filling.
