On a long road trip we stopped here. Pleasantly surprised. Our party had the Mt. Healy burger, the Little Western, the Cod basket and the Reindeer Dog basket. It was really good. A nice little pit stop. Friendly people and nice staff.
The food was amazing. A great opportunity to try elk, bison, reindeer, and caribou as well as salmon and beef. We had the elk, bison, and beef burgers, which were all delicious. I had the caribou dog and loved it. It would be great with some sauerkraut. It was nice to choose outdoor seating or a screened in porch. Such a relaxing and delicious meal.
For a Food Truck style of Hamburger Diner, the Burgers are thick and juicy. I’ve eaten there many times this summer because I can count on a great burger and fries every time. With the town full of people, it may take 15 minutes but it’s worth the wait. On a sunny day, eating on the picnic tables is a great way to enjoy this meal.
