Overall great experience! The staff was super nice and helpful choosing a flavored tea to try and suggested drinks they liked. The Jimmy Buffet with strawberry is wonderful with 6 grams of protein and Lift. The store was super clean and very inviting. Menus listed with multiple new drinks to try. The owners and staff are top notch. This store deserves the business with the City of Alabaster!

This place has the best teas!! Every flavor is so good and refreshing. If you are wanting a caffeine kick but not wanting the crash, I definitely recommend trying out a loaded tea.

Absolutely amazing service!! The associate that helped us was so kind and explained everything to us in such a helpful way! We eventually ordered 2 shakes after being super indecisive and asking a million questions! So thankful she was so kind and didn’t make us feel rushed! We ordered the praline & cream and the rice crispy shakes. absolutely amazing and can’t even tell they’re healthy!! Such a clean and cute environment and perfect for a coffee date or homework! Would recommend and will definitely be back!!

I just recently started my own weight loss program and wanting to use shake and smoothie optionsI dnt know alot yet but I discovered that planet smoothie was closedSo i pulled on the door on a Sunday afternoon headed to an important meeting I was limited for timeThe nice gentleman opened the door and insisted "miss, may I help you ?" I was welcomed in educated some on weight loss options they have here and he made me a shake- coconut crush AfTeR hours now how nice is THAT I will definitely be back for more

If this review was solely for taste, it would be 5 stars. The tea I had was very delicious. However, for a place that has “nutrition” in their name, they have zero nutritional information available. The person making my drink was unable to give me any information about sugar content, calories, protein, etc. She was only able to tell me that it had some protein, some caffeine, and possibly aloe.They also do not list their prices, so I was a bit surprised to find my specialty tea was almost $11 before tip.Bottom line, the tea delicious but overpriced, and I still have no idea what was actually in it.

Only go here if you have alot of spare time. I have never spent 20 minutes in a tea place being the only customer there and still not have a tea. It was the craziest thing. The employee was absolutely busy making drinks for family members or something, she never rang anything up but was steadily making drinks and putting them in personal cups. We finally had to leave with no service, can't recommend.
