This was a total disappointment. I ordered 2 combos which total included 40 wings and 2 large fries. I purposely placed this online order while sitting in the take-out area of the restaurant, in hopes of getting quality food. It didn't work.
Food was not only cold, but dried out, which meant it sat under a heat lamp and died. But here's the kicker, I ordered lemon pepper wings. Whoever made my wings put plain wings in the box and then sprinkled lemon pepper across the top surface, because there was no lemon pepper spice underneath. This was just the worse, plus my order was placed around 3pm. There were two tables in the restaurant when I walked in who already had their food, so the place was pretty dead...and yet I get cold, hard, dry wings with only one side of the chicken having any seasoning. Just wrong on so many levels.

Good food great staff! Wait times fir delivery orders can be really long though. Hook me up with a fountain drink or a veggie bag and I'll be happy to wait.

I don't typically write reviews on restaurants unless there is something worth mentioning. In this case, it was because our experience was terrible.
Let me begin by saying that the only reason we came here was because we had giftcards.
When we walked in, there was no hostess in sight. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and staff appeared miserable. When a hostess finally seated us, she never told us who our server would be (or that someone would be with us shortly). We came before the dinner rush, so the place was nearly empty. Several staff were walking around the whole time we were seated, but no one ever acknowledged us or took our drink order. We waited over 10 minutes and walked out. We won't be back.

We ordered an appetizer that didn’t come out until our main course did. The server warned that the buffalo chicken dip is hot, right after she walked away I dipped a chip and took a bite to find out the dip was lukewarm at best. My wife’s fries were also cold. Usually buffalo wild wings was always a great spot with great food but their quality really seems to have gone down. The wings were also cold to the touch especially after they put the refrigerated veggies on top of them rather than on the side like they used to.

Management at this location should be fired for having literal children arrested because they didn’t like their excitement about a particular sports team….. You told the police they were trespassing after you served them food and they were then leaving??? You people are a disgrace!

On September 27, 2025, management at the Alabaster, AL Buffalo Wild Wings displayed gross negligence in handling a situation with a teenager. Instead of seeking out the many adults present or resolving the matter calmly, management escalated it to the point of causing severe and unnecessary trauma for the teen, his teammates, and their families. This location failed to show basic judgment or care, and their actions have left a lasting negative impact on the community. Buffalo Wild Wings should be held accountable for such reckless management practices. This location is absolutely not kid-friendly. Families should not take their children here, as the management demonstrated reckless judgment and a lack of concern for young people’s well-being.

Food was decent, got food wrong on one person's order and after she wanted quite a long time, didnt offer a discount. We aren't those people that will bring up what should happen. Just observe and give the reviews that are deserved. Clean place, but waitress needs to pay closer attention to detail and offer discounts when they screw up.

Brooklyn was the server, we still had 4 1/2 hr drive and she made everything amazing. This is what service should be like. Meet the customer, be honest and try to help as much as you can way to go Brooklyn. I wish more people like her were in the service industry!
