The service was extremely lacking. We got one drink and sat the rest of our meal without a refill. They played an OBNOXIOUS happy birthday song on loop so loud it felt like I was having a nightmare about being stuck at a Chuck E Cheese. The food was so salty I didn’t eat it and when they brought the bill the server didn’t even care to ask what was wrong with the food.

One server was not only accommodating to a rare allergy but had actually heard of it, making the evening so pleasant. Another server saved the day by gently carrying a fussy 8-month-old around the restaurant so parents could eat in peace, while also playing with a 3-year-old. The bartender brings authenticity and presence that makes the experience feel personal. From the greeter to the wait staff, everyone treats guests like family. This kind of kindness and genuine care is rare. MIZUWA is a must-try for families and anyone looking for incredible food and truly kind service.
