Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Everyone was friendly, it was clean and the food tasted fresh and yummy. My husband had a burger that was juicy and after stealing a bite - I agreed his choice was awesome. We finished off with 2 blizzards that were made exactly as we asked and were perfect. Very good meal.

Food: double cheeseburger was hot, cooked fresh. Fries were as well. Dr Pepper mixture was off; too much carbonation. Service was prompt, courteous. Atmosphere: over all clean. Floors were very slippery, almost dangerously so. It seems like there was a film on the floor that made it slippery. I'd give the Men's Room a C+ on cleanliness. It smelled like a Men's Room.

Ordered from Mobile app. My burger was not correct and I had to wait 20 minutes after arriving at the store. Using the app was pointless.

Just went through the drive-through and ordered $18 worth of food. They handed me my son strawberry sundae and then came back and handed me ketchup. Then he opened the window and asked why I was still sitting there and I asked him where is my food? He said what about the bag I handed to you? He never handed me a bag. He literally stood there and accused me of taking the food. I have a dash cam that has six different cameras on it and I told them we can run it back right now and look. They literally stood there looking at me crazy and I demanded a refund. They gave me a refund, but I drove away feeling like I did something wrong when I did nothing. I even worked at the store like 15 years ago and I never seen anything like this here. This was the place that I bragged about to my friends. This was the Dairy Queen that actually does a great job. Not anymore. After today, i will not be back and I cannot believe what has taken place…what just happened?

Very disappointing experience. I had to wait a long time just for ice cream, and there was no manager available to speak with. It took 30 minutes without ice cream

Food is always good, always quick service and the employees are kind! All things considered, it is one of the better fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to honestly.

Never get my order right I always order a blizzard with 2 toppings and they never get it right. The blizzards are good but the teenagers are to busy playing around than taking care of the customers. Also don’t put those dirty spoons in my ice cream, just hand it to me.

I would give this rating a 0 but I have to give it at least one star. The workers at this restaurant are rude and disrespectful.. I am very disappointed in the service I received. The dining room area was dirty and the bathroom was stopped up. My son ordered a blizzard and they didn’t flip it he was devastated- Get it together Dairy Queen:(

Dairy Queen has the same food quality as always, and their ice cream is the best. Unfortunately, two #1 burger and onion rings meals plus a small sundae was over $30. My companion and I agreed it was expensive, and we’d like to see better value options.

The service is good, the place is a blizzard inside. Had to eat in my car because it's so cold in there, considering it's cold outside!

This is a very nice DQ. The handles to the door were big red spoons. So cool.
