If I could give zero I would! My mother and I went by there around 4:40 pm! The 27th of December. We both did a mobile order and we pulled up and I said we had two mobile orders. She asked for names told her our names on the orders and she said pull around so I said yes ma’am thank you. Well I get to the window and the two girls were extremely rude. The name on my receipt was Heather. She kept interrupting me after she asked me a question with what you need now! And i had to tell her multiple times we are missing the other order and she was laughing with her friend. They gave us the wrong thing first so I sat there and waited until she stopped playing on her Apple Watch and ear buds and she continued to say what do you need now!!! Raising her voice and I said we don’t have all of the order. And she grabbed the rest of our order from the counter and threw it at me. I went in and got a refund for my order bc the burger I got looked disgusting and thrown together with pounds of mustard and mayo on it and ranch. Any ways I will definitely not go back there!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Horrible customer service. Employees walking around like they don’t want to be there. Placed an online order and waited 30mins past the time it was supposed to be done. I guess they are just in the business of forgetting orders.

i went today at 10:30 unsure if they were open on not. baby when i tell you i didn’t know they got down like that!! the food was 100/10 im talking about fries hot, burger fresh EVERYTHING

I placed an online order for a custom Thanksgiving cake a week ahead of pickup, but when I showed up at the scheduled pickup time, I was told they didn’t have any Thanksgiving cake and to just pick a cake out of the freezer. No apology offered, no attempt to discount or to make things right for their mistake. I picked out a cake from the freezer and had to pay more for that cake than what was quoted for the custom cake I ordered. I don’t live close to this location, but last Thanksgiving I ordered from a closer location and was told the Alabaster location had my custom cake because they are one of the only locations with a cake decorator on staff. To prevent me from going to two different locations this year, I preemptively ordered from this location. Boy, was that a mistake! People mess up, and I can understand that, but no attempt to take ownership and make a customer’s experience a little bit better since you screwed up is a major customer service failure.

I got the pumpkin pie blizzard & fall is my favorite season. I ♥️ pumpkin spice!! It was very yummy. My husband got the caramel toffee blizzard. He liked it. We stopped at Alabaster DQ on our way out of state for our vacation. We decided to stop again on our way back from vacation going home. It is a big DQ with plenty of seating & an outdoor area to eat. Very nice.

used to love this place, clearly it’s went a little down hill, i always get a medium chocolate dipped cone but recently they have been beyond screwed up, last time i went it was half dipped, she claimed they ran out of chocolate, i asked if they could redo it and she just handed me the cone and closed the door, then the one before it was maybe two swirls tall and looks like a mini cone, you need to teach your employees how to make a cone, when you pay 5 dollars for an ice cream you would think it would atleast be correct. Very Disappointed, if it was one time i would understand but it’s been the last 5 times in a row.
