“I've been to the chase make cafe a couple of times for lunch. They have a daily special , burgers, hot dogs and can make any sand which you like. The vibe is laid back, the staff are friendly and always up for a chin wag. The cafe is a nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of other lunch spots. It has nice outdoor seating with a great view of the lake. Great for a sunny day! Till next time“
“Two days before Thanksgiving Day and the store in Hoover was not/has not been open the past three days, so we went to the store in Alabaster. We drove up to Honey Baked Ham store around 11:30am and the line of customers was queued from the store's entrance down the shopping mall's sidewalk. "Woe is me," was my first thought. But my wife told me to let her out of the car to get in line (behind 15 people waiting) and she charged me to find a parking slot (the lot appeared 99% full). But I was lucky. When I walked toward my wife after parking the car, I could not see her. She was almost inside the store barely three minutes after dropping her off. Once we were inside we saw that the Alabaster Honey Baked Store staff operated at a highly efficient service level. Five register cashiers moved our large crowd of holiday customers through the selection and payment process with friendly and great speed. We commend them not only for operating so efficiently, but with pleasant attitudes and smiling faces in what could have been a rough-and-tumble & hectic event. 5 stars. May the staff rest and celebrate a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.“
