We had our daughter’s wedding reception here and it was great! It’s a brewery that specializes in Mead ( fermented honey to make alcohol) but they work with your party to provide any other drinks and catering you may need. But I have to say, the mead is delicious! The venue can seat around 100 counting the very cute outside seating area that has a fire pit and standing kerosene lamps. The inside floors are hardwood and the ceiling is dotted with decorative rustic chandeliers. They have a pool room and a cute Photo Booth which turned out to be a hit. They have a small stage for either DJ or band and enough room for dancing. This place has everything!

Love, love, love this place. It's like sitting around your house, chatting with all the family and friends that just drop in to share a Mead. That's what we did in "the old days", altho I had no idea I drinking mead. Lol!

We loved the location and the facilities and the service but did not like the mead. Unfortunately, we won't be going back since they don't serve any other type of drinks. We would definitely go back if they served just a few normal domestic and IPA beer.

I had never had mead before until I came here, and it is really good! They have a great specialty crafted selection of different flavors to try, so there is something for everyone. I love the atmosphere, and the building is beautiful. It's definitely family and pet friendly, and the staff is personable. My family goes here often now, and what I've come to love about Ivy League is that they are more than just a place to get a good drink, they are almost like a community center in a way. They host various classes all week long where you can learn a variety of things like ASL, how to make sushi, painting, or cheese making, and they have trivia and karaoke regularly for fun. You can even play pool, some board or arcade games, and they have a beautiful outdoor space. Ivy League is definitely a fantastic place to go if you're looking for an atmosphere with good vibes.

Great place to have a cold brew. The service is quick and the prices are very reasonable. Was here with a few friends and they all seemed to have enjoyed it as well. A must visit for any beer snob

Absolutely a local must! The mead was outstanding. We were introduced to the owners and the back story of how this establishment came about is definitely one you should hear over a glass. The place has so much going on lots to do and great entertainment. Highly recommend!!!!Side note the Cajun food truck has the most amazing Boudin Balls ever that complements a tall glass of the morning dew mead.

My hubbie was bored while he was hunting and looked up breweries around the area. This popped up and it sold mead . Nothing else needed to b said lol! Our visit was guaranteed. It's a pretty new place I think it opened in January . We had no clue it was here honestly. We do go to the park often just not this way. It is located in the old post office. I liked the ambiance of the place / It was spacious. the lady was nice/was working alone on this day. It surprised her the amount of people coming in on a Wed. Us too but it never felt crowded. I'm pretty much a home body so I get nervous in crowds but I never felt uncomfortable. There is a pool room/a photo booth w/ props for your insta off to the side. The couch was really comfortable :) so now to the drinks we got 2 (4) flights and 1 (6) flight . The reason why I took a star away is because every single drink I wanted was sold out but yet the website wasnt updated. I knew the flavor profiles I wanted (from the website) but was at a loss when hardly any of it was available. I did finally choose Merry Cherry, pineapple, Blood Moon, and Citrus Sunshine. I personally only liked two out of the four at least so far! My personal favorites were Blood Moon and Citrus sunshine . My son's was Mourning Dew and my hubbie's was Immortal. From listening to others I think alot of people liked this flavor which I believe is the Original(traditional) flavor. We got two bottles 1 Immortal and 1 Blood Moon . Well Immortal was gone yesterday (Thanksgiving) and I'm pretty sure Blood Moon will b too today lol. They open at 5 most nights . This was a pretty chill place and We enjoyed it ! I know we will come again when it's a touch warmer. Unless my hubbie wants mead before then which is quite possible. All in all it was a good outing /spent a good amount . I just wished I could have tried the flavors I wanted. They sounded really good and the others on the board had no explanation of what the flavor profiles were. Will it stop me from coming again nope!! Will I still talk highly of this place yep!! Thinking about taking my mom here one day :) please check this place out and support them Mommo's too !!! You guys think about setting up at the Jubilee next year . You really need more exposure . Make flyers and post them at the park. Here's to your growth and success I wish you both!!!:)

My sister and I are newbie's to Calera. My son invited us to join him at ILB last night. I am happy to report that I was so pleasantly surprised! Never had a Mead before and it was delightfully delicious! We shared the flight of 12 (between 4 of us). Do yourself a favor. If you haven't been before. From staff to flavors to ambiance - you will leave feeling like you were treated as family and having a wonderful flavorful time!

My wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and were finally able to get there last night. It was a slow Wednesday night, so it was just us and the people that owned and ran the place, but we had a great time talking with them.We are gluten-free and that's what interested us about this place is that all mead is naturally gluten-free. The mead is absolutely fantastic and with the selection, there is going to be something that everyone will love. My wife and I both recommend the "Freedom" brew. The atmosphere is great and I can just envision the liveliness of this cute little bar on the weekends.

A beautiful place with caring owners. Dog friendly, with an amazing outdoor space. The mead is great, I was worried how well they would appeal to a craft beer centric culture, but their selection of mead left no doubt that even the most fanatic of craft beer drinkers would find something to love. The space is clean, and family friendly (even for dogs). This is the kind of place a community can support and enjoy for many years, and I will certainly be back many times.Recommendations:LimetimeMourning DewBloodmoon
